Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy
Free UK Delivery:
All orders within the United Kingdom come with FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
- Next-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered Monday.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, there may be some factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather or road network issues, which could cause delays. We are sorry to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
If you have not received your order, please contact our customer care team who will work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
We insure each package during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified address. After delivery confirmation has been received by courier tracking, our liability ceases.
Damages to Your Order:
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in good condition, there are occasions when some products may be damaged during transit. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our customer service team with photos at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged goods, we deem your order as accepted.
International orders must only be placed through the appropriate country websites, as shown below. Orders placed via the UK website (www.oneabove.co.uk), are not eligible for delivery outside the UK.
Online orders will be processed in the local currency via PayPal or Credit/Debit card. Shipping charges to the countries listed below may differ so users are advised to check the delivery pages of the respective websites.

We really hope you enjoy your purchase from 1Above E-shop however, if you need to return an item, please follow the below instructions. We do not accept returns on used items.
How to Return Your Item?
Repackage your item, if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible

You can use a courier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend you to visit Parcel2Go. You will find a variety of couriers with different price ranges. Most of them are very affordable.
We can process your refund if you send us a copy of the proof of delivery.
We ask that you return the item in a good condition and with no visible damage. Returns of used products are not accepted. We do not cover the costs of returns.
Product is Not Working as Expected?
Our Customer Care team has a wealth of knowledge and can resolve any product-related problems quickly and efficiently. To get the fastest support, please use the Contact page to contact our product experts.
We will replace your product if we cannot resolve the issue. This applies to either a new or refurbished product in the same condition as our 12-month manufacturer warranty. You can find out more about the 1Above E-Shop Limited Warranty here.
We are unable to accept returns that have been used but are not defective.
You can return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. We kindly ask that you return the item in a good condition with no signs of visible damage.
We do not pay for returns unless the products are defective or mis-described.
All returns must be returned in a unused and unopened condition. If the product has been opened and/or shows signs of wear, or if any parts are missing, we reserve the right not to accept returns.
When can I Get My Refund?
After a successful inspection, we will process a return to the credit/debit or PayPal account that was used to place your original order.
Please allow five working days for your refund to appear in your account.
My Refund has Yet to Arrive.
In the event that you don't receive a refund within these time frames, please review your statement. These incoming payments may be overlooked.
Please contact your card issuer company if you are unable to see the transaction. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Deductions Possible from Refunds
You can exercise your right to amend your mind by:
If the Products are damaged by you handling them in ways that are not allowed in a shop, we may reduce the amount of your refund (exclusions delivery costs).
We will refund the price you paid for the Products if we can inspect them and find that you have damaged the Products.
We cannot cancel or make changes to an Order once it has been placed. You must cancel your Order within 30 minutes. We will then make every effort to cancel your order before payment is made.
Our Customer Care team might be able to request that the order is ‘returned' after this window of 30 minutes. However, we ship orders received within 30 minutes using a next-day delivery method, so this is not guaranteed.
You can refuse to accept delivery. We will return it back to you. You can return your order within 30 days if it has been delivered to you for a full refund. We don't pay for returns or cancellations.
