When can I Get My Refund?

After a successful inspection, we will process a return to the credit/debit or PayPal account that was used to place your original order.

Please allow five working days for your refund to appear in your account.

My Refund has Yet to Arrive.

In the event that you don't receive a refund within these time frames, please review your statement. These incoming payments may be overlooked.

Please contact your card issuer company if you are unable to see the transaction. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Deductions Possible from Refunds

You can exercise your right to amend your mind by:

If the Products are damaged by you handling them in ways that are not allowed in a shop, we may reduce the amount of your refund (exclusions delivery costs).

We will refund the price you paid for the Products if we can inspect them and find that you have damaged the Products.

Cancellations Policy:

We cannot cancel or make changes to an Order once it has been placed. You must cancel your Order within 30 minutes. We will then make every effort to cancel your order before payment is made.

Our Customer Care team might be able to request that the order is ‘returned' after this window of 30 minutes. However, we ship orders received within 30 minutes using a next-day delivery method, so this is not guaranteed.

You can refuse to accept delivery. We will return it back to you. You can return your order within 30 days if it has been delivered to you for a full refund. We don't pay for returns or cancellations.
